D.A.C. ltd was founded in 1982 as Dave Allen Plant Hire and subsequently incorporated in 2002. We are a family run company with over 40 years experience in ground work and civil engineering, all our operatives carry CSCS NVQ level 2 cards. We hold contracts with local builders, structural engineers and water authorities. We are also invoved with several major sewage plant manufacturers.

We also carryout all other forms of ground work i.e. footings, concreting and drainage. We hold our own Health and safety policy. Our latest contract was for Welsh Water through Kee Process Ltd. of Aylesbury to install a new sewage system at their Clutton ( Chester) site this involved a 60,000 Litre primary settelment tank a DC16 Rotor modual and an ST6 final settlement tank ( see photos ) we have ongoing contracts with Kee Process of Aylesbury and W.T.E Of Foggathorp nr, York.

Cleveland Potash Limited has used Dave Allan Construction Limited to carry out excavations and install a Sewage Treatment Plant on the site.

We found them to be very professional in their work. They worked to our site rules admirably. This entailed following our Permit to Work System and the site Manager's rules that related to their work.

They were audited twice by CPL employees who need to carry out site safety inpsections and in both cases no issues or faults were found.

The employees who attended site Dave Allen Construction Limited were courteous and helpful and willing to work with CPL to ensure that the task went smoothly and safely.

We would have no hesitation in asking them to site for other construction works should these be required.
